The YYPC Series Anaerobic Incubator is a professional device that creates a strict anaerobic environment with an oxygen concentration of ≤0.1% through a triple deoxygenation mechanism (vacuum replacement, inert gas purging, and palladium catalytic deoxygenation). It is primarily used for the culture and preservation of anaerobic microorganisms (e.g., clinical testing, strain fermentation), biopharmaceuticals (e.g., vaccine development, antibiotic production), environmental protection engineering (e.g., wastewater degradation optimization), and food and agriculture (e.g., cheese fermentation, soil microorganism research) .

Outer Casing:
The cabinet is constructed from selected cold-rolled steel plate, treated with an electrostatic baking paint process, forming a dense, hard, and robust protective layer with excellent rust resistance.
Operation Chamber:
Suitable for both anaerobic and microaerobic culture (oxygen concentration: 0-10%).
The inner chamber is made of stainless steel with a mirror polish finish.
Features one-button automatic anaerobic gas replacement.
The gas replacement process employs fully automatic control technology with both positive and negative pressure protection.
Equipped with a deoxygenation catalyst device using a high-efficiency palladium catalyst, requiring no frequent activation.
Standard equipment includes an illumination lamp, a UV sterilization lamp, and power sockets.
Incubation Chamber:
Utilizes a technology that maintains a constant temperature throughout the entire operation chamber. It can accommodate a large number of culture dishes and Erlenmeyer flasks for cultivation, as well as small instruments such as small shakers and centrifuges.
Observation Window:
Made of ultra-transparent acrylic glass, providing clear visibility during operation. The window can be opened upwards for easy placement of larger instruments and cleaning.
Sampling Chamber (Airlock):
Features automatic vacuum pumping and automatic pressure maintenance functions.
